Answers to your Questions About Buying Tickets Online
What exactly is a ticket broker? How can you guys charge so much for tickets?
We are a broker, and much like a real estate broker, we put buyers and sellers together and for
this we charge a premium price for the tickets we obtain. The prices we charge reflect the prices we
pay to obtain the quality tickets.
Are we affiliated with Ticketmaster? No, we are not
affiliated with Ticketmaster,
Tickets.com, or any other box office. We obtain our tickets mostly thru the secondary market.
How can I place an order? You can order online 24 hours a day, or call us at 1-888-891-3535 during normal business hours.
The show I am interested in is tonight. How will I get my tickets?
We can put together last minute deals...but we are not miracle workers. If you order tickets at 9PM on Friday,
don't expect the tickets to show up Saturday morning. Fedex has it's limitations. While you may obtain
a better price at the last minute, often times the tickets we show on the web are no longer available and even when
they are it is often hard to coordinate delivery.
I placed my order online. How can you cancel it and tell me tickets are no longer available?
While this is rare, it sometimes happens in a volatile market.
We are subject to an ever changing market based on supply and demand. Sometimes a particular pair of tickets is no longer available and a suitable replacement at the same price is impossible to find.
But our mission is to leave you, the customer satisfied, and often that means filling the order, even at a loss.
How can I pay for an order? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Corporate Billing is also available.
How will my order be shipped? We use Federal Express and require a signature on all deliveries. Sometimes
even though you may have ordered overnight or 2 day delivery, the tickets are not yet available from the venue. We attempt to notify everyone of any delay in delivery. |
